Demonstration of Youth Films from the Perspective of Realistic Aesthetics


Abstract


In 2017, the debut work Lady Bird of Greta Celeste Gerwig won the critical acclaim of film critics in Europe and the United States, and was nominated consecutively for the 90th Academy Awards for Best Film and the 71st British Film Academy for Best Actress in a Leading Role, and won the 75th Golden Globe Award for Best Comedy. This is a breakthrough in narrative and aesthetic aspects of Hollywood youth films.
