Artistic Style and Inheritance and Innovation in British and American Literature from the Perspective of Art Theory


From the perspective of art theory, artistic style and inheritance and innovation of British and American literature have relatively obvious characteristics. While influenced by different cultures and internal philosophical elements, British and American literature has formed its own unique artistic style and inheritance and innovation system. From the developmental origin of British and American literature, this article seeks to get the source and origin of the literature, so as to make the process of analyzing traditional artistic style of British and American literature a well-documented cultural activity. By means of the traditional British and American literary and artistic styles to explore the inheritance and innovation path of contemporary British and American literature, it also provides a reference for the inheritance and development of contemporary Chinese culture.
